A lever that locks at 90 degrees
A quarter-turn lever shows at a glance whether the tap is open or shut, and the locking arrangement stops it being knocked open on a busy bench. At 2 psi this is a low-pressure tap, so it belongs on a regulated bench supply, downstream of the cylinder or mains regulator.
